Coaching & Consulting

One-on-one sessions and group coaching calls are available for booking through our scheduling platform. Session availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with reasonable notice.

Credit & Funding Referrals

How to SheBoss provides educational information and referrals to licensed third-party credit repair, credit monitoring, and funding services. Community Access

Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the full transaction amount, including applicable taxes.

• Recurring subscriptions (if applicable) automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel before the next billing cycle.
• Digital product access is granted upon successful payment and may be revoked if a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated.

Refund Policy

Digital Products & Courses

All sales of digital products, e-books, guides, and on-demand courses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Coaching & Consulting Sessions

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session are eligible for a full credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session will forfeit the session fee.
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full with no credit or refund.

Exceptions

Refund exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure on our end. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase to request a review.

Intellectual Property

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, credit standing, or business opportunities
• Outcomes related to credit repair, funding applications, or business performance
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any matter relating to third-party services, referral partners, or linked websites

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
